•  Raise $20,000 in funds by March 31st, 2003.
•  Enhance our web presence, and offer the Friends Of Bolivia website as an umbrella for our partner agencies and beneficiaries
•  Offer opportunities to our volunteers to become more familiar with new technology so that funds can be raised more effectively.
•  Initiate relationships with partner and beneficiary agencies to raise funds for specific projects of the agency that FOB supports in addition to unrestricted operating funds.

As of January 31, 2003, this is the progress towards our goals:

• Raised $13,000  (unaudited) and distributed $5,000; Fundraising activities included:
  • Community Museum in Milpitas fundraiser
  • Global Village in Milpitas
  • Walkathon/Barbecue in San Jose
  • Dance-A-Thon
  • Independence Day Party in Palo Alto
• Included Consipe website as part of FOB site
• Offered FOB Website for web hosting to our beneficiary organizations in Bolivia and non-profit Bolivian Charities in the SF Bay area
• Put up a personal pledgepage and organization pledgepage on www.pledgepage.org
• Set up Yahoo!Groups for sharing information
• Supported Rotary Club project for Bolivia
• Provide 300 lunches to Invision - homeless shelter in San Jose
• Sent 19 tons of books to Afghanistan
